  Current retirees and employees retiring before January 1, 2027, are eligible for a complimentary parking permit through Parking Services.

  Faculty/Staff IDs remain active after retirement. The system typically updates to retired status about a week after your last day of employment. Once updated, you can visit Auxiliary Services to exchange your current card for a “retired” ID card. They can replace lost IDs for $20 and update your photo if you'd like.

• Dependents

  • $32.50 per month

  A dependent is someone who lives in your household, support financially, and meets IRS criteria to be claimed on your tax return. They must be either a qualifying child (like your son or daughter) or a qualifying relative (like a parent or sibling) and must meet specific tests for relationship, income, residency, and support.

• Guests

  Current members can sponsor up to three Guests per visit. Guests must bring a photo ID and sign a waiver.

• Payroll Deduction (for eligible Faculty & Staff)

  How to Start Payroll Deduction

  1. Complete the Start Payroll Deduction Form

  • Fill out the Start Payroll Deduction Form.      

        2. Select Your Membership

  • Choose the membership option and month(s) you would like to purchase.

        3. Review Your Enrollment 

  • Review your membership selection before completing your enrollment. If you are budgeting month-to-month, select only the month you would like to purchase.

        4. Submit Your Enrollment 

  • Complete the enrollment process and make sure your payroll deduction request has been submitted.

  Important: 10th-of-the-Month Cutoff

  The 10th of each month is the cutoff date for payroll deduction enrollment.

  • Sign up by the 10th and deduction starts next month.
  • Sign up after the 10th and deduction starts one month later.

  Examples:

  • Sign up September 9 → First deduction appears on your October 1 paycheck.
  • Sign up September 10 → First deduction appears on your October 1 paycheck.
  • Sign up September 11 → First deduction appears on your November 1 paycheck.

   

  How to Stop

  • Submit the Stop Payroll Deduction Form by the 10th to avoid another charge.
  • Your membership stays active through the end of your last paid month.

  Important:

  • Payroll deductions can’t be canceled retroactively. For example, to stop a charge on your October 1 paycheck, we must receive your request by 5 p.m. on September 10.

• Understanding Your Membership Purchase

  Selecting Multiple Months 

  If you select multiple months for payroll deduction, the total cost will not be charged as one large deduction from a single paycheck. Payroll deductions are processed according to the membership schedule and are not combined into one payroll cycle.

  Budgeting tip: If you prefer to manage your membership one month at a time, you can select a single month rather than multiple months.
