Our Fitness Assessment will help you gather baseline data and provide a baseline for developing goals and effective programs. Our Fitness Assessments are performed by one of our nationally certified personal trainers, and evaluates the following:

  • Body Composition
  • Muscular Strength / Endurance
  • Cardiovascular Capacity
  • Flexibility / Stability

The Fitness Assessment helps you collect data to identify strengths/weaknesses and areas of injury risk. It also helps to provide a baseline for future comparisons of improvement or rate of progress.

The Fitness Assessment is included at no charge with the purchase of an Initial Client Package, or can be purchased separately in a 1, 3, or 5-package assessment.

Are you trying to determine your ideal bodyweight? A scale can only tell PART of the story because it cannot tell the difference between lean muscle weight and body fat weight.

Body composition refers to the quality or make-up of total body mass. Excess body fat is associated with numerous health risks (heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, and more!). It is also associated with an increased risk of injury and decreased performance rates.

Let one of our nationally certified personal trainers accurately measure your body composition to help you learn the make-up of your weight and in turn enable sensible decision-making in regard to diet and exercise programs. 

Body compositions can be purchased separately for 1, 3, or 5-package tests, or is included in the Fitness Assessment.
