Join us for a peaceful morning of hiking and yoga in the heart of nature! This 2.5-hour experience combines gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and the serene surroundings of Spring Lake Nature Preserve—a hidden gem just steps away from campus. We’ll begin with a hike through shaded trails and open spaces, then pause for a rejuvenating yoga flow at a scenic outdoor location. Afterward, we’ll hike back together to wrap up the morning feeling centered, grounded, and energized. No prior yoga or hiking experience is needed—just bring an open mind and your love for the outdoors!
