    • Experience all the benefits of a full cycling class in just 30 minutes! This fast-paced workout focuses on power and speed to give you an efficient, high-energy ride. Category: Cycle 

    • Short on time but want to build strength? This 30-minute class targets all major muscle groups with focused exercises designed to increase muscle definition and improve overall strength. Perfect for a quick, effective full-body workout. Category: Strength 

    • Get moving and have fun in this 45-minute Express Zumba class! Enjoy a high-energy dance workout set to infectious rhythms that will boost your mood and burn calories! Category: Dance

  • Hike and Flow Yoga

    • Registration cost is free. Mats are provided. All you have to do is register! Registration for each date opens 2 weeks before the event occurs. 

      • Dates: March 7th, March 28th, April 18th, & April 25th
      • Time: 9am-11:30AM
      • Location: Spring Lake Natural Trails

      • Find the one named “Hike & Yoga Flow” and click it
      • Dates are listed under offerings; click the date you are interested in and sign in to RSVP. Details will be sent to the email registered.
