Our nationally Certified Personal Trainers are here to design a program tailored to your needs—whether that includes weight loss, building strength, improving mobility, enhancing athletic performance, or other fitness and wellness goals

Each training journey begins with a one-hour assessment, allowing your trainer to develop the most effective plan based on your current fitness level and goals. With NCCA Accredited certifications from leading organizations such as ACE, NASM, NSCA, ACSM, our trainers will guide you with proper movement patterns, effective programming, and motivation every step of the way.

*Personal Training services are available exclusively to current Texas State University students and Campus Recreation members.

How To Request a Trainer

4-Step Process

Client Intake

Request a trainer by filling out a client intake form

Wait

Don't purchase a package yet! We'll let you know when we find a trainer for you first (pending availability, may take 3-5 business days)

Get Paired

Once we find you a trainer, we will notify you and your trainer will reach out to schedule your first session

Purchase Sessions

Once you are paired, you can purchase your sessions online or at our facility

Package Options

Assessments

All training packages, except single sessions, begin with a one-hour assessment, which can also be purchased separately if desired.

Assessments include a variety of tests and evaluations designed to help your trainer measure your current fitness level to create the most effective exercise program for you. These may include goal planning, health history, movement and postural screenings, performance testing, and body composition analysis with a BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) tool

Note: Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) uses electrical impulses to measure body composition. However, when using a BIA, there can be some inaccuracies due to

  • Pacemakers
  • Pregnancy
  • Menstruation
  • Eating within two hours of test
  • Exercising before test

60 Minute Sessions

This one-on-one session gives you the opportunity to work with your trainer to build a comprehensive, personalized fitness program. Together, you'll follow a plan tailored to your goals and fitness level, learn proper movement techniques, and stay motivated to perform at your best!
